ALPs have created a program that we can use at the corporate level, the store level, and our franchisees to use in their stores. The 12-module leadership program has provided the toolkit needed for our young leaders to better understand what it means to be a leader and how they can best support their staff. It gives everyone the confidence to show up as a leader, regardless of their position. The leadership growth in our team has been immediate and measurable.
